Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., a degree in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
