  • Providing ongoing support, advice, and advocacy to families in crisis.
  • Managing a caseload effectively while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and family safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Proficient in assessing risk and making informed decisions.
