We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Duty and Assessment Team in Lancashire. Conducting initial assessments and risk evaluations for children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring their needs are met. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with local and national policies. Participating in multi-agency meetings and working collaboratively with other organizations.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
