  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly within a safeguarding context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
