As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, and provide support to enhance family functioning. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in child protection meetings and court proceedings as necessary. Providing support and guidance to families to empower them and facilitate positive change.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, including safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
