We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s SW - Help & Protection Team in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable children and supporting families in crisis. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective care plans, ensuring the welfare and protection of children at risk.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans for children and families. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support for families. Managing a caseload effectively, prioritizing the needs of children and families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony as required.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
