To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in court settings.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and child-centered approach.
