Chairing Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children Reviews, and other relevant meetings to ensure effective planning and decision-making. Working collaboratively with social workers, families, and other professionals to develop and monitor care plans. Ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices, providing guidance and support to teams. Advocating for the rights of children and young people, ensuring their views are central to the decision-making process. Conducting quality assurance of case files and contributing to service improvement initiatives.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
