Providing guidance and support to social work teams on best practices and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and care planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
