We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - CIC/Court Team in Northamptonshire. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care and those involved in court proceedings. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments, interventions, and support to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will have the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly within a Court or CIC setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and professionals.
