Assessment & Intervention Social Worker - West Sussex
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assessment & Intervention Social Worker to join our dynamic team in West Sussex. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework activities and progress.
- Providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including education, health, and community services.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection, assessment, and intervention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
