The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
