  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in the context of disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in children's social work.
