We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Special Adolescent Team in Hertfordshire (Hemel Hempstead) on a temporary basis, offering a competitive rate of £37 per hour.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Work with adolescents who require specialist support due to complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Undertake assessments, create care plans, and provide ongoing support to young people and their families.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the young individuals under your care.
