Darlington Borough Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adults Social Care team. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
