We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our Adults Safeguarding team in Somerset, offering a competitive rate of £38 per hour. As a Social Worker in this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support and guidance to individuals facing challenges related to abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a varied caseload effectively.
