We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Hospital Team in Tower Hamlets. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality social work services to adults within the hospital setting, ensuring their needs are met effectively and sensitively. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
