To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a community or mental health setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with service users.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social care and mental health.
