To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably within the social care sector.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children and young people.
