Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families. Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure the best outcomes for children. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting practices. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
