  • Monitoring and reviewing care plans regularly to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Proven experience in working with children in care or similar settings.
