We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Social Worker to join our Neighbourhood Team North in Essex. This is a 6-month contract position offering a competitive rate of £288 per day. As an Adult Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable adults in our community, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to lead fulfilling lives.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments of individuals' needs and risks, developing person-centered care plans. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations to provide holistic support. Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure they are effective and meet changing needs. Advocating for the rights and wishes of service users, promoting independence and self-determination. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national policies.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working with adults in a social work capacity, particularly in community settings. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
