As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of safeguarding services. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support. Providing expert advice and guidance on safeguarding issues to colleagues and stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
