Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Sheffield as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families in our community. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans that meet the unique needs of children and families. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure holistic support for children. Managing a caseload effectively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate challenges and access resources. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence when necessary.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
