Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of kinship placements and the needs of children. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with kinship carers. Providing ongoing supervision and support to ensure the welfare of children. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to coordinate care and resources effectively. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and working with kinship care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
