To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and working with kinship care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
