Join our dynamic Family Safeguarding Team in Somerset as a Children's Social Worker, where your expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to safeguarding vulnerable children and promoting their welfare. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and internal teams to provide high-quality support and interventions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner in Adult Safeguarding to join our team in Somerset. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable adults, conducting assessments, and providing support to individuals in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:
