We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Duty Team in Bath & North East Somerset. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, especially within a duty team environment.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse populations.
