We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - FAST Team in Lincolnshire. This dynamic role requires an individual who is committed to safeguarding children and enhancing their well-being within the community. As part of the FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team), you will work collaboratively with families to provide timely interventions and support, ensuring that children receive the care and protection they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families, schools, and other agencies.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard in the decision-making process.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
