Join our dedicated Adult's Social Work - D 2 A Team in Birmingham, where you will play a vital role in supporting adults with diverse needs. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote well-being and improve the quality of life for those you serve. Your expertise will be essential in assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and circumstances. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing direct support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate services and access resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding and risk management strategies.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in assessing and supporting vulnerable adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
