The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
