Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly with vulnerable populations. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy for clients’ needs.
