As an Advanced Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert guidance and support to social work colleagues, ensuring best practices are upheld. Conducting complex assessments and developing tailored support plans for children with disabilities. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services effectively. Leading case reviews and facilitating reflective supervision sessions to enhance team performance. Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and contributing to policy development.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in disability services. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to safeguarding.
