  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for children with disabilities.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in case reviews and meetings to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
