We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Lincolnshire, specializing in supporting individuals with physical disabilities and older adults within the community. Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
