We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Southwark, focusing on Older Adults & Physical disabilities in a hospital-based setting. Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Assessing the needs of older adults and individuals with physical disabilities in a hospital environment

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Demonstrated experience working with older adults and individuals with physical disabilities, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to adult social care
