We are seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and supervising a team of social workers to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our service users.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Providing regular supervision and support to a team of social workers, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Conducting assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and well-being of service users. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders. Participating in case conferences and meetings to advocate for the needs of service users. Ensuring all documentation and records are accurately maintained in accordance with regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in a supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
