We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Windsor & Maidenhead. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, professionals, and community resources to ensure the best outcomes for children with disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families, ensuring that appropriate support is provided.
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting the welfare and development of children.
  • Working closely with other agencies, including health and education, to coordinate services and support for families.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Providing advice and support to families, helping them navigate available resources and services.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners.
