Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case discussions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a relevant social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England.
