Achieving for Children is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Safeguarding Team. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in our community. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering interventions that promote positive outcomes for children and their families. Your expertise will contribute to safeguarding efforts and help empower families to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case discussions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a relevant social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. We are looking for individuals who have a solid understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.

Are you an experienced Qualified Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the community? We are seeking a dedicated AFC- Senior SW to join our Support & Safeguarding Team in Windsor and Maidenhead, offering an attractive rate of £39.04 per hour on an umbrella basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on safeguarding vulnerable individuals and supporting families in need.

As an AFC- Senior SW, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for individuals and families. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Providing expert guidance and support to junior social workers and other team members. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work, particularly within safeguarding and support services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
