Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for children and families in need. Leading complex cases, providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers and support staff. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding and support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legislation and best practice. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony as required.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
