To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MSc in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children and families social work, demonstrating your ability to manage complex cases.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
