As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including but not limited to:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in line with statutory requirements. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive change. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework and interventions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MSc in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children and families social work, demonstrating your ability to manage complex cases. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
