In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for families in need of support, ensuring that we provide timely and effective interventions to those in crisis. This position requires a compassionate and proactive individual who can assess needs and risks while collaborating with various stakeholders to safeguard children and vulnerable adults.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial assessments to determine the level of risk and need. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing advice and support to families, ensuring they are aware of available resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate care and support services.

To be successful in this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
