  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly within a CIN framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
