Social Worker - CLA Team - Southend - Must Drive & Have Car

Job Advert:

Join Southend-on-Sea's dedicated Children Looked After (CLA) team as a Qualified Social Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity for professionals with LAC experience who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

You'll be working with children post-care proceedings, handling court work such as revocation of care orders, contact disputes, and adoption orders. Experience in court processes is highly desirable.

Key Details:

Salary: £39,152-£45,091Incentive: One-off £7,500 R&R payment after 3 years and 1 dayCaseload: Manageable, between 16-18 casesDuty Days: 1 day per week in-office attendance requiredRequirements: Must have LAC experience, a valid UK driving license, and access to a car
