Cheshire East is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager for our Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and Learning Disabilities (LD) team within the Qualified Social Work field. The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in social work practice, particularly in CHC and LD settings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
