Join our dedicated Neighbourhood Team in East Sussex as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Adult Services. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to support adults in our community, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. This role requires a proactive approach to case management, working collaboratively with service users, their families, and various agencies to deliver tailored support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of service users' needs and developing personalized support plans. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to adults, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to coordinate services effectively. Monitoring and reviewing cases to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adapt strategies as needed. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on person-centred practice.
