Key responsibilities include:

- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to promote stability and well-being.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement of services.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection, assessment, and intervention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
