Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in family support and out-of-home care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
