Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the community? The Bromley Locality Team is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with adults and families, ensuring they receive the necessary support and services to enhance their quality of life. You will play a vital role in assessing needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with various agencies to facilitate effective service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals in need of support. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Providing ongoing support and monitoring of cases to ensure positive outcomes. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate care services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
