As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of individuals and their families to develop and implement tailored care plans. Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and ensuring the safety and protection of vulnerable adults. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate access to services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national policies. Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in a locality or community setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
