To succeed in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
