As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need.
  • Building trusting relationships with children and their families to encourage engagement and participation in safeguarding processes.

  • Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
