We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Liverpool Adult Social Work Locality Team at an attractive rate of £43.78 per hour. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in need within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for vulnerable adults
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
  • Providing advocacy and support to individuals in various challenging situations
  • Participating in safeguarding procedures and promoting the well-being of service users

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in adult social work
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies governing adult social care

In addition to the above requirements, candidates with experience in mental health, substance misuse, or complex needs are highly desirable.
