We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in the South Neighbourhood of Bolton. As a QSW, you will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention to vulnerable individuals and families within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments to determine the needs and risks of service users
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals
  • Providing advocacy and support to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives
  • Working closely with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and outcomes

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Work (QSW) registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Demonstrated experience in working with children, young people, and families in a social work setting
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify needs and risks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with service users
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
